   Dear Mr. Williamson.
   My husband and I would like to take this opportunity to  say thank you for all of the
   work that you have done for us over the past several  years.

   As always the jobs that you do never fail to meet our  expectations and then some.

   You arrive when you say you will be here and the  estimates you give us beforehand are
   always true.

   On a few occasions I have had to leave my home while you  were still working and never
   at any time have I hesitated to do so. We have found you  to be a very honest and trust
   worthy person who we have come to call our friend, as  well as our maintenance / repair
   man.

   On many occasion you have gone above and beyond what was  expected of you just to
   make sure we were happy and satisfied customers.

   When the opportunity does arise we always refer you to  home owners who are in need of
   repairs or some type of work done on their homes.

   You along with your wife, Tammy have treated us with  respect and we appreciate that
   more than we can say.

   We also know when you come into our home you treat our  home with the same respect
   you would your own. If you come in the winter to work you  always take off your work
   boots. Never at any time have you brought mud or even  water into our home.

   When you finish a job you always clean up after yourself,  such as vacuuming and
   removing left over materials.

   All in all we just cannot say enough about the great work  you do and the dependability
   of your service.
   Thank you again for the wonderful service you have and will continue to provide to us
   as your customers.

   We will always be happy to refer you to anyone who is in  need of home repair services.
